A while back ago I watched a foreign (to me at least) movie. It was produced somewhere in the Far East (Korea I think?) and this was the basic plot (spoilers)
A waitress whose job was to advertise a brand of beer and deal with drunks as a result is feed up with men only saying "I love you" when drunk. She can't stand drunk men, but ends up rescuing one and begins to share her apartment with him. They open a cafe (I think it's a french cafe) and are doing fair enough until a female high end restaurant owner offers him a job. After working for the high end restaurant owner for while he become fed up with the way she treats her male employees and quits. He finds his way back to the waitress and confesses his undying love for her while drunk. While trying to get away he ends up getting her into his car and proceeds on a drunken high speed drive through the city, he eventually hits a sobriety check point where he drops the drunk act and properly tells her he love her (knowing that the only way she would believe he wasn't drunk was to have a cop there with a breath analyzer telling her so)
So can anyone help me identify the movie? I'd really like to watch it again.
