Wider window grab border
I am using my Raspbian PI remotely with a 22" HDMI monitor. The extremely thin window borders are very hard to grab to resize a window. Where is the setting to make the window borders wider?

I found it!
Open the main configuration file for the them your are using at...
/usr/share/themes/[theme name]/openbox-3/themerc.
Change the setting...
border.width: [value].
To force openbox to reconfigure
Run "killall -USR2 openbox"
