Raspi and Lindy micro Keyboard

Any standard USB keyboard "should" work ok, as long as it doesn't draw too much power due to built-in USB hub, backlighting, etc.

wow, the listed price is over twice that. At any rate the question with any wireless keyboard is, whether the "wireless" part is supported under Linux. If it is, then I assume you'd be ok. The page says "compatible with USB enabled operating systems and PS3" which *might* mean it appears to the PC as a standard USB keyboard. If so, you'd be OK on the software side, but you also need to make sure it draws less than 100 or 150 mA, if you want to plug into the Pi USB port directly, without using a separately powered USB hub.

Yes you are right, because it should be seen as HID to work under linux.

But I can't know that before the deal ends.

I have a logitech bluetooth keyboard and when paired with the logitech dongle runs as a  HID keyboard and works fine on the PS3 and a PC BIOS, I suspect these will work in a similar way. I can pair the BT keyboard with the PS3 directly, but it's a pain if I want to quickly plug it in somewhere else, so I pair the dongle and move that around as needed.

I also stumbled on the below links a few weeks ago, if you want some background reading! They contain a bit more info on some (all?) of the logitech dongles and switching them to HCI mode from the default HID mode:

Yes, I believe there are Olivetti drivers.

Yes, this will support the Pi - just place the board on top of the platen and it will support it just fine.

Drivers must be installed manually, of course, since there is no auto-installer

Quick question guys if you don't mind.

I'm wanting to pick up a Rii Mini Keyboard, and was looking at the Bluetooth model, but are you able to tell me if this'll work fine in the Pi?  It's just a dongle you plug in, but I assume it'll depend on the drivers etc...

I'm actually using OpenELEC XBMC if that makes any difference...
