Yes, these are all common causes of death in Melbourne, Australia.

Edit: Yes, sorry for the sarcasm. This is actually a very valid issue in Melbourne and I am sure many places in the world that have a metropolitan train system. Here in Melbourne much of our rail infrastructure is not underground so we have a large number of level crossing. I am not really sure if the Dumb ways to die campaign has been effective or not. My children found the advertisement funny and it provided an opportunity to discuss safety around trains.
