Any Help with a 7"inch Slick e-Reader Screen...

Sat Aug 17, 2013 3:51 pm

I think I started this thread in the wrong forum... The post is regarding a 7"inch LCD with a 50pin flat wire connector. In order to avoid "double posting," I'm just including a cross link.

As I mention in the posted link, if this is a waste of time or a hopeless project I'd really love to know...

Thanks

I found the correct driver board:

So it looks like the DSI is a no go... my only option is to go through the HDMI(Conversion).

Here is a general question, is anything connected to the DSI treated as a separate display/output?

Thanks,

• Don't like the board ? Missing features ? Change to the prosilver theme ! You can find it in your settings.
• Don't like to search the forum BEFORE posting 'cos it's useless ? Try googling : yoursearchtermshere site:raspberrypi.org
