RXTX Version mismatch

I have installed Arduino 1.0.5 on Pidora and can compile but not upload sketches because of an RXTX mismatch.
Detail:
Native Lib Version = RXTX-2.2pre2
Java Lib Version = RXTX-2.1.7

Help in resolving this would be much appreciated.
