Blu-Ray quality playback

Tue Aug 06, 2013 1:29 am

I've been looking everywhere and I cannot find a clear answer. When using the raspberry pi with Rasbmc, can I get blu-ray quality playback (the video files will be hosted on a network share)? From what I can understand, as long as I don't use DTS audio (or if I use DTS audio passthrough), I can achieve this, however I was hoping to get a little more confirmation to support this before I spent money, as my current setup mostly works.

Thanks in advance :)

• Don't like the board ? Missing features ? Change to the prosilver theme ! You can find it in your settings.
• Don't like to search the forum BEFORE posting 'cos it's useless ? Try googling : yoursearchtermshere site:raspberrypi.org
