Watch live-tv through Chromium

Sat Aug 03, 2013 10:07 am

I'm considering buying a Pi mainly for watching live Spanish tv. Can anyone confirm the following will work?
Watch http://www.rtve.es/noticias/directo-la-1 through Chromium.
Will this perform full screen through HDMI-output?

No, this player uses flash, there is no version of flash (afaik) on the Pi that uses the GPU for video decoding.

There might be plugins to XBMC that will allow you to stream this, but havent tested.

Thanks. Chromium on Ubuntu 12.04 plays the stream full screen on my desktop computer though.

How many times more did your desktop computer cost compare to the Pi ?
