Video Grabber and streaming web, 4 buttons

I need to make a web page (html5) and see a video + audio from a video grabber usb.


Is it possbile to make a real time streaming? Is it possible to open a socket from the usb dongle to the web page direcly?

How i can make 4 buttons dat i can communicate whit a C programm?? (when i press a button i need to make something in the C programm)
