Wiki on the front page

Why isn't there a link to the Raspberry Pi wiki on the front page?

The Wiki is not under foundation control and moderation.
There was some funny business going on .. and then the
Foundation removed the direct link. Thousands of other pages
still link back to elinux.org , including forum posts , blog
posts , official guides and third-party resources , which doesn't
really help clearing the situation.

• Don't like the board ? Missing features ? Change to the prosilver theme ! You can find it in your settings.
• Don't like to search the forum BEFORE posting 'cos it's useless ? Try googling : yoursearchtermshere site:raspberrypi.org

I see. Thanks.
The forum is a very valuable resource, but an indexed wiki would make it far easier for people new to the Pi to find information.

Yeah, we know. We do mean to address the problem, but there are very few of us and several other big tasks ahead of the Wiki in the queue; we haven't forgotten about it though.
