Pi Portable?

Recently, I've been interested in making a rPi media device, except portable. Although there are cheap RCA screens out there, they are mostly 240p, but I noticed that replacement iDevice displays are cheaper. Is there a way I could hook up a iPod Touch 4 / 5 LCD panel? If so, what do I need to run it and what are the voltages needed?

Since the pi only has composite or HDMI out (DSI interface not implemented yet), you'd need an adaptor board. I'm affraid i cant be any more helpful than that
