TMA about "Raspberry Pi computer project"

I have a TMA (tutor marked assignment) about "Raspberry Pi computer project". I have solved some questions, but there are two question that I need guidance related to where to find information to help answer the questions.
1- What problems did the starting team observe about computing skills of young students?
2 – What did the starting team of the Raspberry Pi think were about the reasons for the problems you identified in the above part?
I searched google with many terms about that "starting team" but no matched nformation found. where to find related information.

To answer these questions, you""ll need to look up the history of the RaspberryPi project.

I suggest you look through the older blog entries and try to find some of the video presentations by Eben Upton, Robert Mullins, David Braben etc.
