No sound from Speaker

Hi, recently I install Raspbmc (I downloaded from here: http://www.raspbmc.com/download/)
When I play a song, the screen displays that a song is being played. But there 's no sound from speaker (I turned it to maxvolume)
How to configure my Pi to solve this?

If you're using the analog audio out (3.5mm plug) you'll have to set the audio out to analog (IIRC HDMI is the default).
In the XBMC menu choose System / Settings / System / Audio output.
