Resize for a window does not work?

set up for WiFi config using Pi Hut WiFI dongle
click WiFi icon
click Scan
Scan Results appear
scan results show the network name
highlight and double click

the window appears to enter the PSK password
however, the window appears large and clipped
at the bottom where the add button located
hence, we could not click the add,

either overscan enable or disable still clipped window

at first the window did appear correctly, then after several
reboot it did appear clipped

1- how to make windows smaller, since right click
- resize does not move the bottom up?

I had this problem too, I simply click on the window and while holding the mouse button dragged it higher up to reveal the buttons below.
