I am thinking about picking up a model A PRi but want to make sure it will do what I want first.
I am going to put together a small 12" 800x600 pinball machine for the coffee table. I want to be able to have a simple interface to select which rom to play (NES, SNES, Genesis, GBA, N64, the usual) The system will only have four buttons attached to the GPIO and a wireless gamepad.
Are their any emulator front ends that let you select roms using a simple menu for so few buttons? I looked at raspbmc and XBMC can use L/R and enter it seems but im worried XBMC will be so much overhead that their wont be much left for anything other than SNES speed games.
Also does raspbmc support GPIO buttons as native input??
