Should I pay for the raspberry pi on element 14 will I be in the queue or not it says "Coming Soon register here for to mark your interest" or something but you can still add it to your shopping cart and checkout13

I'd get in the queue by placing an order.  Website said it'd be May-ish when I placed the order but a confirmation expecting it to be filled sometime mid-to-end of August.  Your guess is as good as anyone's as to when it will be filled- but if you're not in the line, you might be waiting a long while for one.

I put my order for some time now, but still get no charge.

They sated, that only going to charge when send it.

Makes me think of the Dr. Who episode where everyone was stuck on a highway and it took 10 years to go 2 miles.

I ordered March 13 (element14, Australian order) and was told on Monday that it won't receive my RPi until October 2012.

I'd place the order if you're happy with a 7 month wait, otherwise I'd look elsewhere (BeagleBone etc).
