Most Stable Usable Puppy for Pi?

Hi
I am a long time puppy user just waiting for my 1st ever Pi to turn up in the mail

I see there is more than 1 version available. I would like to hear from those who have used them which currently gives the best experience.

The easiest way to get Puppy on a R. Pi is to use Berryboot. It also installs other os's in a multiboot setup.

Otherwise, you need to update the kernel manually somehow. That information is on the puppy forum.

Thanks for the reply. Is there a way to use Berryboot to install an image like unetbootin does?
I dislike the way Berryboot appears to install directly, it means another download every time you re-install & I am on limited bandwidth. Also, when you use wget or a torrent to download it supports resume if there is a problem with the download.

you don't have to redownload to start over. In fact, it can make multiple OS copies from the one file that it downloads.
