Using iDesk

Hi

I´m trying to set up a desktop with iDesk instead of pcmanfm. However I'm having 2 problems:

(1) If I start idesk automatically using a .desktop file then the icons in the desktop are displayed on top of the windows. This is caused by the order in which the components are initialised. I tried using

(sleep 3 && idesk) &

in the .desktop file to ensure idesk is initialised in last position but is not working.

(2) After a few minutes running the icons disappeared and the following error is displayed in the terminal:
Error failed request: BadPixmap (invalid Pixmap parameter)
[...]

Is anyone using iDesk successfully in Raspbian?
