I wanted a newer kernel on the main raspbian server and have run into some unexpected complications. As a result the server is down at the moment. I do have access through a serial console and am working on the issue at the moment. The server may go up and down serveral times as I sort things out.

Well i'm done for now, didn't get the kernel version I wanted but sorted a few other issues with the server and it now boots and starts both webservers without interaction.
