Adding more ram

I just got my rasberry pi.

I put a post up here before on how to get miencraft on the rasberry pi and to my dissapointment apparentl the rasberry pi doesn't have enough ram?

Is there a way to add more ram?(so it's about 1.5-2 gigs)

The ram is a custom chip that only exists in 256 and 512 MB.

There is a Raspberry Pi specific version of Minecraft that you should try - works pretty well.
