connecting to viewsonic vg2021m

Hi there:

I am trying to connect pi model B using 2012-08-08-wheezy-raspbian to Viewsonic vg2021m monitor and all I see the logo on the screen..? Do I have to download any drivers for this monitor ..?

1) The latest version of Wheezy is 2013-02-09-wheezy-raspbian a zipped image of which can be downloaded from http://www.raspberrypi.org/downloads - you will need to unzip the downloaded file and write the ".img" file to your SDHC card via another computer - more info. on this at http://elinux.org/RPi_Easy_SD_Card_Setup .
2) No drivers should be necessary.
3) How are you connecting to the monitor eg. via HDMI/DVI or through a powered HDMI to VGA adapter?
4) Can you post a screen image/monitor photo?
We need more info. w.r.t. your setup please.

Hi there:

Using HDMI/DVI to connect the monitor. Will try to download and install Wheezy is 2013-02-09-wheezy-raspbian. Right now after the rainbow splash screen I only see Raspberry pi log on the left top corner of the screen. But When I connect to my panasonic TV I have the login screen after after all the initial bootup messages..
