How to overclock the Raspberry Pi with Kali Linux?

I've just installed Kali Linux on my SD card that I use with Raspberry. This new OS I think is very good, but at the installation I don't have the opportunity to overclock as it is possible with Raspbian so I'd like to try to check differences. How could I do?

config.txt is missing in Kali. You need to install it manually form github. Instructions here:

Are you sure? AFAIK it should still boot from the FAT partition on the SD card and the firmware (which you cannot do without, again AFAIK!) will read the config.txt on that partition...

Your link points to an instruction to install raspi-config which is not needed to change the configs.
