I've ordered (and paid for) an Mpeg2 license key for my RPi twice but still haven't received anything from the Pi store. I've sent a number of messages via the RPi store as well as via email, with absolutely no response whatsoever. I even lodged a dispute with PayPal but they were unable to do anything as their guarantee doesn't cover software.
My initial order for the license key was placed on 4 February. After a couple of weeks I thought perhaps I'd done something wrong in the order process and re-ordered the license key on 16 February.
Could anyone advise me how to go about obtaining this codec?
