Customizing Serial Port Output

Sun Mar 10, 2013 11:03 pm

Hey experts,,

am new to circuits, hardware and
facing a problem while connecting a dimmer light that controlled by serial data for example by using UART pin from the Raspberry pi to send 8 bits commands using wiringPi or any easy and simple method ..

I need a way to know how to send (00000001) and any custome 8 bits out of the TxD or pin 14 ? :?:
Or any similar way that lets me choose speed and bits pattern.

Return to “Interfacing (DSI, CSI, I2C, etc.)”
