RetroPie - Duke3d not working + Genesis Problem

Hello,
i tried it several times now, installed Retropie manually and use the 1.3 image now but i don´t get Duke Nukem to work.
Maybe someone knows how to do it. If i start it from Emulationstation, there is a red screen for 1/10 Second and then i am back in the menu.

I am using the Chinch TV Out and the 3,5mm Headphone out.

I copied the files (defs.con, duke.rts, duke3d.grp, game.con, user.con from my Atomic Edition) in the Duke3d roms folder and also in the /usr/share/games/eduke32 Folder like the Wiki says.

I don´t know what to do.
Edit: Could be some graphical Problem, Sega Genesis just has sound and a black screen. But SNES, Doom, CaveStory and PSX are working. I didn´t test the other emus.
