Disable CMA and fix GPU memory

Thu Feb 21, 2013 9:33 pm

Hello,

I'm running the latest Arch Linux image on a headless Pi. As such I want to disable CMA and fix the GPU memory at 16MB.

Can somebody please tell me how? I've never dabbled with config.txt etc.

Cheers,
Laurence.

'Nothing more irritating than a forum thread with a specific question that goes unanswered.

Add this line to your /boot/config.txt (and remove or comment out any lines for cwm_lwm or cwm_hwm if they exist):

Code: Select all

gpu_mem=16M
