Can't get 1080p on my video projector

Hello, I've tried several config.txt options to get full HD out from my Pi to an Optoma Projector

hdmi_mode=16
hdmi_drive=1
hdmi_group=1
config_hdmi_boost=7

The projector seems to ignore any CEA mode, while some DMT mode are ok (1024x768, 1280x1024, 1600x1200).

So far, despite edid values beeing correctly retrieved from the projector, and CEA modes I'm using included in edit data, I can't get this mode 16 working.

So, swaping hdmi cable excepted, what could I try ?

Despite the fact that this projector might accept mode 16 it doesn't work with the Pi, but the mode 31 is ok.

So when in trouble with display modes, analysing the content of edid dump is really usefull
