Network Monitoring with Rasp

i'm looking for an easy way to monitor our network with the Rasp.

- Which Software would you recommend for:
* Ping Check
* Server Uptime
* SNMP Check
* Standard Checks ( Network reachable, maybe eventlogs etc )
