Does B Rev.2 fit MULTICOMP cases?

Hi!

Does anybody know if the RaspberryPi B Rev.2 fits into Farnell's MULTICOMP MC-RP001-WHT (or MC-RP001-BLK etc)?

I found no explicit yes or no on Farnell's sites, this forum or with any search.

Hi Flo,

Yes both Model B Rev 1 and Rev 2 fit the Farnell MultiComp cases you mention.

I can also confirm that the Model A fits OK as well, although there is of course a gap where the Ethernet connector would be and also above the smaller USB connector.

I like the Multicomp case.
There is one minor problem with the Multicomp however. If your connect a ribbon to the GPIO then you will have to run with the top off as there is no place for wires to exit the case.
I did manage to get 4 single wires for my serial board through the vent holes in the RPi logo area, but that's about it.
The bottom half does hold the board securely even with top half off which is good.
