Sound sync issue and mp4 issue

Hi

Ive been playing with my new toy these last few days and im having a few problems.

If I play an MKV file the sound seems to be out of sync abit, is this normal or how do I fix this?

Also when I try to play 4od files I get an error "unable to play mp4 file and not found on youtube" so can anyone tell me how to resolve this?

Im running raspbmc along with xbmc.

The 4oD is broken at the moment therefore clips will only play if they exist on YouTube (there's an explanation of this in the plugin info page).
As for the lip sync issue XBMC has an audio offset adjustment option, I believe you can reach this via right click during playback.
