rs pi email address ignores customers!

I bought my pi last year, it arrived faulty so it was rma'd for a replacement, it was returned recorded delivery and has been signed for. I initially tried calling rs to check on the status of my replacement pi only to be told that the raspberry pi sales are being handled by a separate entity who are only contactable by email (yeah this is a real joke rs, way to screw people over!) yet it the past two weeks I have emailed them of four separate occasions with still no reply! this is shocking customer service and I dont see why they are allowed to pull this kind of behaviour. I feel like telling my credit card issuer to so a chargeback ans order from elsewhere as the seller is uncontactable and still hasn't delivered a working product 6 weeks later!

I'd suggest your CC provider. They will then approach RS and hopefully that will be some incentive to improve their service.
