Which (free) software (online or offline) can I use to create layouts such as: http://learn.adafruit.com/assets/2467

this kit includes an assembled cobble http://www.ebay.de/itm/Raspberry-Pi-Cob ... 1c2efcf44c

But it should not be that difficult to diy.

I think it's part of the current version of the Adafruit Fritzing library. See http://www.adafruit.com/blog/2012/08/27 ... g-library/ for info on how to download / install.
