Im planning on using my "Raspberry Pi" as a Portable Touchable Device.
I wanted to know if there already is a on screen keyboard that by touching on a textbox it will automatically pop up.

And i wanted to know if it´s possible that via Touch is possible to make clic by touching two times the screen rather than once, because if you want to move the mouse without making clic is currently impossible for me via touch.

Let me try to understand what you want. You want an on-screen keyboard that pops up when you need to make a text input (like on Android), but you want the keyboard to work such that it requires 2 taps to make a keystroke?

This sounds like a candidate for an app that could hit the PiStore if someone wrote it.
My favorite programming language is a soldering iron.

And made a touch screen digitiser for whatever you're using as a screen......
Don't judge Linux by the Pi.......
