Using pi zero wh but headless

Can I use pi zero wh but headless and then install pi hole on it? Sorry if this is a stupid question

Yes. Pis running pi-hole are very often (probably nearly always) run headless. When you are setting up your system SD card, be sure to enable ssh by putting a file named ssh or ssh.txt in the boot partition. If you are planning to connect to it over WiFi, also put your wpa_supplicant file there.
