problem with installing ubuntu

This is a weird problem i have. I installed ubuntu for rpi 4 x64 Bit. Then i tried to open the only file that was installed. Then it sayed "A error occured, check the option "Save archiver's output"". I mean how do i even find that option?
Pls help.

What have you installed it on?
How have you installed it?
What was the only file installed?
Where did the only file installed come from?
How did you install that only file?
On what device did you try to open the only file that was installed.
What OS is running on device you used to try to open the only file that was installed?
What application produced the error message?

What Ubuntu have you downloaded? Ubuntu for rpi 4 (64bit) https://ubuntu.com/download/raspberry-pi
What have you installed it on? On SanDisk microSD card (16gb)
How have you installed it? clicked on the 64 bit version for rpi 4
What was the only file installed? It was named (ubuntu-20.04-preinstalled-server-arm64+raspi.img)
Where did the only file installed come from? From when i installed the file
How did you install that only file? It was the only file that was installed after i finnished the install.
On what device did you try to open the only file that was installed. RPI 4
What OS is running on device you used to try to open the only file that was installed? Raspbian FULL
What application produced the error message? The name does,nt show.
