Mist irrigation system

So I want to make a mist irrigation system which will keep the humidity in a little terrarium.
I've searched online but I can't find anything about mist, there are lots of tuts about normal irrigation systems.

So what I'd like to know if the mist is produced by another component or if it is like a specific type of hose which sprays the water pushed to it by a water pump.

I hope I'm explaining myself

You need an ultrasonic piezo electric "speaker" and a fan. Search for "diy ultrasonic humidifier"
