No wireless interfaces found on RPi 3

I have followed this video to set up raspberry pi as an AP with the script. It doesnt have problems until i reboot. When i reboot my rspi after first time connected to my home wifi, and it comes "No wireless interface found". I have to delete the SSID information in /etc/wpa_supplicant/wpa_supplicant.conf and re run the ./autohotspotN-setup command, and it only connects to the wifi once and not working after reboot. Whats the problem? Please help.

I have tried to chnage /etc/wpa_supplicant/wpa_supplicant.conf, i ensure the wifi information(SSID and Password) is correct as it has successfully connected to wifi once before reboot.

Sometimes i change to connect another wifi network and it works once by changing the wpa_supplicant.conf.
