Cron doesn t work in kiosk mode

On a new installed system
cron does shutdown as wanted.
I eeed a "kiosk System" and modified as described for example :

and now cron shut down is not executed.
As I am a beginner, please give me some hints.

A web browser will require a graphical environment. Cron does not.
As indicated in the page you linked, configure the browser to start from the autostart facility provided by the Desktop environment.
