Audio Distorted pi4 [ubuntu]

I was using a raspberry pi 4, and audio was working fine, then the next day I turned it on, and the audio was horrible! I don't know what is going on, I can barely make out what the sounds were. I am using ubuntu 20.04 with ubuntu desktop. Please Help!

try raspi-config setup again or add a .asoundrc file.
