can't connect to wifi

Hi
I tried to install rasping on raspberry pi 2 .
I can't use monitor and must use with terminal. I do every steps well make sd cart boot ... make ssh file and make wpa_supplicant.conf
when I power on my pi its won't connect to wifi and the green light turn of after while winking
can u help me pls? I have hurry...
my os is Mac OS Catalina
and my region in IR

What is rasping?

And are you aware that the Raspberry Pi 2 does not have built in WiFi? If so what wifi dongle are you using?

A normal startup, which indicates your Pi 2 is booting properly.
