Hi My RPI3B+ is not booting up from Mico SD card, after coding it to boot from USB. I believe the USB was not right, .
How to reset the RPI3B+ to factory reset.
The green and red lights are flashing, to confirm the power and activity happening with the RPI.

OTP bits (ONE TIME Programmable) cannot be reset, however the 3b+ should have came from the factory floor with the relevant bit set, only the 3b may (or may not) need this set.

In effect your 3b+ is already at factory settings unless you've messed around with the other OTP memory, I feel that your problem lies elsewhere.

EDIT: The red light should not be flashing.
