Apache 404 displaying MRTG Graphs

Sat May 23, 2020 11:59 pm

Hi, I assume this is a dumb numpty question but its doing my head in so hoping someone has a clue to the answer...

I installed MRTG and its working - files are updating every 5 mins, created the index.html file etc and they are all sitting in /var/www/mrtg directory ...

[email protected]:/var/www/mrtg$ ls -l
total 160
-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 2402 May 24 08:55 index.html
-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 39 May 24 09:25 index.html.meta

Apache is working - I get the default page no problems

but if I try to hit the MRTG pages via 192.168.1.201/mrtg/ I get 404's

From the logs :
192.168.1.34 - - [24/May/2020:09:07:11 +0930] "GET /mrtg/ HTTP/1.1" 404 496 "-" "Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_15_4) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/81.0.4044.138 Safari/537.36"

Can someone put me out of my misery please?

What have you got as the DocumentRoot in your Apache configuration?
Unreadable squiggle
