Wifi does not connect PI4

My pi 4 will not connect to my home wifi, but it will connect to my Iphone hotspot. I've checked the wpa_supplicant.conf file and it seems OK. The router is brand new and all my other devices have connected fine. Anyone have any ideas?

You have provided so little information its impossible to say what the problem might be.

so

what OS is you pi running

does your router support both 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz , if so are they using different ssid's

does you pi see the ssid of your router

do you have any strange characters in the ssid you are trying to connect to.
