Android SDK Build Tools (for RPi's arm platform)

Hi all,

Does anyone know if is there any pre-build Android build tools version for armhf (except 6 years old https://github.com/skyleecm/android-build-tools-for-arm)? Or how to make my own?

I've got gradle android app which I would like to be able to build on RPi4 (no 64bit version of OS, sorry)...
