Pi 4 ACT Light Blinking constantly - not booting

Hi,
My Pi 4 2GB won't turn on. PWR light is on and ACT light flashes constantly when powered on. Any help? I may have got a tiny (and I mean tiny) bit of water on the board. What does the green flashing ACT Light mean? I have formated the card and put new raspbian image on it.

If anyone can help, that would be great,

Hi there,
I read that. It says

the (led) pattern will repeat after a 2 second gap.

But with me it just flashes constantly so I have no idea what is causing the error

I read it before I posted originally. In fact I read it hours ago when I was troubleshooting.

If you overlooked the paragraph that said

If you have checked all the points above, but you still cannot get your Pi to boot, and you want to post a question about it, please mention having checked all the points in the Boot Problems Sticky. If you don't, peoples reaction will be to send you here!

... perhaps there are other suggestions you missed.



But the possible effect of spilling liquid on your board will probably not be dealt with there.

I can't believe it! Just incase some magic wonder happened over night, I tried one last time to boot up my Pi and it worked!
