Pi 0 and 3.5 in screen

Wed Apr 29, 2020 1:30 pm

I've had heard a million ways and none of them work. I have a 3.5 inch screen I ordered, crappy generic one with a white stylus. sure you've all seen 'em. Can I get it to work on the Pi 0 or do I have to get another Pi? If I can, how in bloody heck do I install it without increasing my blood pressure too high? lol

If it's HDMI just power it (separately or solder on some GPIO pins if it can use that) and plug it in.

If it's GPIO then solder on some GPIO pins and go (may need to install some software check the user manual for your device)

If it's a DSI connector you're out of luck.
