I really need help with language settings

yesterday I added to my keyboard a language and every thing was fine but then I turn off my raspberry and then today not just I don't have the language I added to my keyboard it change my all raspberry into this language.
Implications:
every thing opposite because my language is from right to left so now after the change the application menu in side right and all the categories in my language part of my settings in my language too and the translation not so good so I cant understand any thing.
can someone guide me how to add this language to my keyboard and how to get rid of this mes of the opposite side and that every thing on my language.

when I changed the language I change it on "add or remove itemes from panel or something like that"

leave it I delete my raspberry and install again because no one answering me
