settings question

Hello everyone,

I've some questions about some settings:
How can I add the movies to a library?
And how can I add Dutch subs? I now only can choose for English or Serbia subs!

I have an Raspberry Pi XMBC media center (€25,-)
The formats of the movies are .mkv, .mp4 and .avi
I just can't find where to choose for Dutch subs =/
I can play movies from my extern harddisk (with English subs) but I don't know how to add 'em to an library...
