Problem with the camera

I have conected the camera v1.3 to my Pi4
and then I followed

What am I doing wrong?

Run "vcgencmd get_camera" and paste the output.

You sure you've plugged in the camera ribbon cable the correct way around?

and in my remote screen vnc does not show the image
