Raspberry Pi 3 Model B not posting

I’m pretty sure my Pi 3 is dead atp, but i figured I would ask here just in case. Like the title says, the Pi won’t post. The red and green lights on the board work, and so do (at least some of) the GPIO pins, but HDMI and USB don’t do anything. I tried restarting by copying NOOBS lite onto the SD card, and had intended on reinstalling Raspbian, but I had no such luck, the system still won’t post

Can you clarify what you mean by 'not posting'?

What are you expecting that is not happening?

What are you expecting that is not happening?

I get no HDMI signal or USB power. Everything else seems to work fine (though i can’t test audio if the device isn’t booting)
